Melissa is a true real estate advocate, with an unrelenting commitment to ensuring her clients’ best interests are top priority. She believes strongly in spending the time necessary to really listen to her clients’ needs and places a high priority on prompt communication. Her honest opinions and patient approach combined with her knowledge and passion for real estate, help clients feel confident in their decisions.

Prior to working in real estate, Melissa spent 11 years in biotech manufacturing. She then started a successful online retail business in 2014 which she runs with her husband to this day. Now, as a full-time licensed Realtor®, Melissa is dedicated to using the professionalism, persistence, and attention-to-detail developed in her previous careers to help clients buy or sell seamlessly and with confidence.

A native of Concord, CA, Melissa received a B.A. in Biology at U.C. Santa Cruz. She now resides in Mount Shasta, CA with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, and of course…all things real estate!
